What's the difference between Buy Now and Pre-Order?+
Buy Now lets you grab cake pops we've already made and boxed up — great for a quick treat. Pre-Order is for parties or custom quantities, and requires 72 hours notice so we have time to bake and decorate.
What's the minimum order?+
There's no minimum for pickup. For delivery, the minimum is 10 cake pops.
How is the delivery fee calculated?+
A $10 base fee plus a surcharge based on mileage, gas prices, and our time. Standard delivery (up to 15 miles) covers Lucas, Allen, Fairview, Parker, McKinney, and Plano. We can deliver up to 30 miles for larger orders at a higher surcharge.
When do you pick up or deliver?+
We'll coordinate a pickup or delivery window after your order is confirmed — usually same-day or next-day for Buy Now, and on your scheduled date for Pre-Orders.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Not yet! We're working on cold-shippable packaging. For now we serve the Lucas, TX area.
What about allergens?+
Our pops contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy. They're made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts. Please reach out if you have questions.
Can I cancel an order?+
Reach out within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to refund Pre-Orders. Buy Now orders are usually packed right away and aren't refundable unless something goes wrong on our end.
